These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to purchases of available artworks from Liia Ora, operated by Antalik Emese Lili e.v.

Private commissions are also subject to the separate Commission Terms.

2. Website use
By using this website, you agree not to misuse the website, copy its content without permission, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
All content on this website, including images, artwork photos, videos, text, branding and layout, belongs to Liia Ora unless otherwise stated.

3. Artworks

Liia Ora offers original textured abstract paintings and private commissions.
Each available artwork is described with the available information, such as size, medium, year, status and price or price-on-request details.
Please note that colors, textures and scale may appear slightly different on screen compared to the original artwork due to lighting, photography and display settings.

4. Prices

Prices may be shown on the website or provided upon request.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include delivery, shipping, customs duties, taxes, framing or installation.
Liia Ora reserves the right to change prices before a purchase is confirmed.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods may include:

• bank transfer;

• Revolut;

• cash in case of personal pickup, where agreed in advance.

An artwork is reserved or sold only once payment terms have been confirmed by Liia Ora.
For available artworks, full payment may be required before pickup or delivery.

6. Pickup and delivery

Pickup or delivery is arranged individually.
Delivery is currently available mainly within Hungary and the European Union, subject to individual agreement.
Delivery costs, packaging and timing are confirmed before purchase.
The artwork is handed over or shipped only after the full payment has been received.

7. Delivery damage

Liia Ora takes reasonable care in preparing artworks for pickup or delivery.
If a courier or shipping service is used, the buyer should inspect the package upon arrival and report visible damage as soon as possible, with photos of the packaging and artwork.

8. Damaged or incorrect artwork

If the artwork arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong artwork, please contact me as soon as possible at info@liiaora.com with photos of the artwork, packaging and shipping label.
I will review the issue and offer a solution according to applicable consumer protection law.

9. Right of withdrawal for available artworks

For online purchases of available, non-customized artworks, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable EU consumer protection rules.
If you wish to withdraw from a purchase, you must contact me at info@liiaora.com within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
Returned artworks must be sent back:

• in original, undamaged condition;

• with all included documents and certificate, where applicable;

• securely packaged;

• within the legal return period.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
A refund will be issued after the artwork has been received back and inspected. If the artwork is returned damaged, incomplete or not in its original condition, a full refund may not be possible.

10. Model withdrawal form

You may use the following form to withdraw from an online purchase of an available, non-customized artwork.

11. No withdrawal for custom commissions

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to artworks created as private commissions, custom-size pieces, personalized artworks or works made according to the buyer’s individual request, where permitted by applicable law.
Private commissions are governed by the separate Commission Terms.

12. Certificate of authenticity

Original artworks may include a certificate of authenticity.
Where applicable, the certificate may include a QR code giving access to the private sound piece created for that artwork.
The private sound piece is intended only for the final owner of the artwork and is not shared publicly.

13. Intellectual property

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright.
The buyer receives ownership of the physical artwork only.
Liia Ora retains all copyright and reproduction rights, including the right to use images of the artwork for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, exhibition, print or archival purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The buyer may not reproduce, resell copies, use the artwork commercially, create merchandise or mint NFTs from the artwork without written permission.

14. Use of images by the buyer

The buyer may share photos of the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as in their home or interior, provided Liia Ora is credited where appropriate.
Commercial use requires written permission.

15. Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding an artwork, purchase, commission or service, please contact me first at:

I will respond to consumer complaints within the timeframe required by applicable Hungarian law.
If the complaint cannot be resolved directly, consumers may contact the competent consumer protection authority or the competent conciliation board.

16. Limitation of liability

Liia Ora is not responsible for indirect loss, emotional dissatisfaction after purchase, changes in personal preference, or issues caused by improper handling, installation, storage or environmental conditions.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
