Question
There are places within us that only silence can open.
What have I hidden behind strength?
What do I still desire, even when I turn away?
What would become possible if I stopped closing the door?
The commission direction
Created as the cover artwork for Graceful Haze’s song Alone, this work brings together music and painting through a deeply tactile visual language.
The composition is built from strong monochrome contrasts, architectural forms, and small traces of red that appear from within the surface.
Its strength lies in the way it feels both constructed and unsettled
